ASMV
The Australian Student Mineral Venture (ASMV) is an initiative of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM). Students in years 10 - 12 can apply for a position in one of four programs held around Australia each year.
The ASMV offers the succesful students an action-packed schedule of university visits, practical laboratory experiments, tours of mining and processing operations, associated infrastructure and visits to sites of geological significance.
